Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ocrivia.com or any Ocrivia product, including Disclosure Assistant, Notionrealm, Did I Reply?, and YouTube Speed Controller – Per Channel (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ocrivia. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Ocrivia provides a portfolio of software products and digital tools designed to improve productivity. Each product may have its own additional terms displayed on its respective website, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ocrivia.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Pricing and Payments

Certain features of our Services are offered on a paid basis. Current pricing is displayed on each product's dedicated pricing page and on the Ocrivia homepage. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at support@ocrivia.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and templates — are owned by Ocrivia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For digital template products (e.g., Notionrealm templates), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any template or software purchased through Ocrivia.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OCRIVIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCRIVIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF OCRIVIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OCRIVIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO OCRIVIA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Ocrivia, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
